All sales are final.  

We anticipate making adjustments to our return policy on or before 3/1/24. Prior to that date the policy is that all sales are final. 


Refunds are provided in the event that an order is cancelled prior to shipping. We use an automated software that automatically alerts the customer when an order is completed (shipped), once that event occurs the sale is deemed final. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you cancelled an order and are eligible for a refund, but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. We do our best to process all refunds for order cancellations shortly after receiving the request for cancellation. After processing the refund it may take 48-72 hours for it to process through the customers bank account. If it has been 48-72 since you received confirmation of your order cancellation and subsequent refund, please contact us at
